[Weeds] 1.04 "Fashion of the Christ" [2008-01-04]

Not much a fan of this episode.

Hi, I hate Andy a lot. (The "pants" nickname annoys me, and the fact that it's what her dead husband called her? Show some kindness toward the poor woman, Andy.)

And the whole "Chris died for your sins" thing made me kinda wince. I don't think it's particularly funny, and I just, yeah.

Unsure how I feel about "The Candy Man." I like that it's this butch woman (she looks familiar, but her IMDb she hasn't been in anything I would have particularly remembered, so she must just remind me of someone else), but I could really do without ragging on fat people, thanks.

Conrad does Pilates.

I did enjoy the music this episode. And the lengthy sequence clearly building up to nobody-expects-what was interesting.
tv.com says:
Music Featured In The Episode:
"When We Were Young" by Calahan (Andy enters Silas' room)
"Blood" by Sons and Daughters (Silas and Megan till Coke bomb)
"Coffee's Cold" by Abigail Washburn (End credits)
