[~6hrs sleep] Tuesday[gym] ~35min weight room. I pushed through much more easily than I had expected. I did the prone leg curl at 50 again. I did the arm pulldown at 40 but did the vertical chest press at 50 -- which was a challenge by the end but doable.
[~8hrs sleep] Wednesday [gym] 45min treadmill (2.5incline, 4.5mph). Forty-five minutes is a long time, but it's doable.
[~7hrs sleep] Thursday [gym] ~35+min weight room. The standing leg curl felt rather easy, so I think I'll up it from 5 to 10 next week. (A wee part of my brain feels like I'm not good enough/not pushing enough/whatever if I don't up all the machines I do all at once, but it is mostly a quiet and ignorable part of my brain.)
[~6hrs sleep] Friday [gym] 45min treadmill (2.5incline, 4.5mph). I think I'm gonna up the incline to 3.0 in Monday provided I'm sufficiently well-rested.
