I was thinking earlier today that it feels kind of ironic that I feel like my primary takeaways from this conference weekend are around activism.

A summary list of the sessions I ended up going to:
* yoga
* activism
* asexuality
* self-care for activists
* politically-responsible porn-writing
* yoga
* religion
* activism
* sex work

Yesterday I was thinking about running a session next year about how to make traditional church spaces better for persons who are on the margins. During the talkback today, I mentioned in my small group that all weekend I've refrained from calling people out on their casual/derogatory usage of the word "crazy" (yes, I am That Person) and so now I'm drafting a workshop about the language we use (Widow did a session on gender-variant language -- which, full disclosure, I didn't go to -- but this would be about thoughtful language usage more generally).

I also successfully made new potential friends (including an FCSer who's learning ASL)/"networked." (inorite?)
