Time Event
Dear Smith: Where are the plows?
Earlier this morning it sounded like hail on my window, but walking to brunch it was definitely snow -- soft and thick. Now it sounds like rain, or maybe hail again.

*looks out window 15 minutes later* Definitely snow.

(At 2:08pm, our heroine heard a plow for the first time all day.)

Bleh; i feel like i've done nothing all day.
I slept in, which was good for me but still made me feel lazy.

I did finally read The Maltese Falcon (someone says "he's good people"!) and also finally caught up on ats_nolimits. Turns out i was actually only 3 episodes behind, since the writers took time off for the winter holidays.

The LJ 2004-in-a-nutshell Meme
First sentence from each month

Last night my brother finished curing the family computer..

Watched the Super Bowl, largely ‘cause the Pats were playing, though i haven’t been keeping up all season.

Much with the sleepiness this weekend.

Today is the 2 year anniversary of my having an LJ.

Who seems to be deeply unmotivated to do any of her work and has thus essentially wasted most of today?

A friend posted wondering about how one does abuse education/treatment in a way that is BDSM-postive.

Heads up to paid users about getting some additional paid time as reimbursement for the recent shoddiness of LJ.

Have begun having those weird realistic dreams again -- the kind where i wake up and wonder if that really happened since it so could have.

From Acamedia:
Monday, October 4
Lecture: "Myths, Folktale, and the Construction of the Child's Identity."

There are boys floating around the house and i actually kinda enjoy this.

There's godlike
And warlike
And strong
Like only some show
And there's sad like
And madlike
And had
Like we know
