older Cordelia

Oops, I forgot to post this last night (Sat. Jan. 12).

I referenced the Wesleyan Quadrilateral, as I so often do these days, and I only ever remember three of the four, so I Googled, and learned that "The term itself was coined by 20th century American Methodist Albert C. Outler in his introduction to the 1964 collection John Wesley."  Huh.

My room is so crowded that even I'm having difficulty moving anywhere in it.  Gar.  (Of course, my reaction to this was mostly to gesture in vague frustration, which I recogize is not helpful.)

Five good things about today:
1. I got approximately 8-10 hours of sleep.
2. DEAF Inc. registration form came in the mail today, so I could register for ASL 3.
3. I found a gift for my grandma at Target (which also meant I didn't have to go to the Galleria).
4. Ian.
5. My mom sent me Alternative Source Citations.
Bonus: Katie drunk-texted me from Rhode Island :)

Three things I did well today:
1. I went out and did errands despite feeling tired and mopey.
2. I registered for ASL 3.
3. I did laundry, in case Cailin and I end up having brunch tomorrow.

Two things I am looking forward to (doing [better]) tomorrow:
1. Going to church.
2. Having brunch with Cailin, and/or picking some stuff up at Tags.

I hadn't realized until I was double-checking airdates on tvguide.com the other day, that the official title of this is actually Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.  I'm not feeling especially inclined to correct my tag, though.

Also, I clearly have basically never watched FOX in my apartment, 'cause I went to 25 (which is what it is at my parents' house with broadcast).  With my cable, turns out it is Channel 6.  There was Game talk and I worried that I'd feel guilty about bailing on church helping, but it started right on time.

Five good things about today:
1. [redacted, v. 2]
2. Despite basically not sleeping last night (yeah, I don't understand -- I went to bed around the end of the Pats game, and I was restful, but I was awake, like seriously, until I got up at 9, just baby naps) I was easily awake all day.
3. I was talking to Katherine near the end of Coffee Hour this morning, and she said they were predicting 11 inches of snow for tomorrow.
4. I've been on my period for a few days now and it's been low flow and no cramps, which is pleasing.
5. The Sarah Connor Chronicles

Three things I did well today:
1. I called Cailin.
2. I went to Tags.  (I was wearing my flamey shirt, and partway there -- probably past Davis Square -- I got too warm and took off my Smith sweatshirt.  I didn't even bother putting it back on for the walk back.  At Weston I saw Seth -- who lives on Victoria -- walking in the other direction and he was like, "Aren't you freezing?"  We didn't talk long in part because he was freezing.  I got home a little after 3, and weather.com said 2:45pm 42F feels like 35F)
3. After CWM dinner, I helped stuff envelopes for Affirmation.  (I did leave before we were finished, saying, "I have to be somewhere at 8."  I did not mention that that "somewhere" was in front of my tv to watch The Sarah Connor Chronicles.)

Two things I am looking forward to (doing [better]) tomorrow:
1. Snow!
2. Seeing Katie.
