So, we have a new place to live -- 0.7mi northwest of where we currently live. We'll be moving the last weekend in September.
Also, current!landlady still has the last month's rent from 2000, so we basically have free money with which to pay the movers and buy a futon for the yay-we-will-have-a-guest-room.
