Decisions have been made.

Just got this e-mail:

The Interdenominational Protestant Community at Smith College invites you to morning worship at 10:30 a.m. in the Helen Hills Hills Chapel. The Rev. Dr. Jennifer Walters, Dean of Religious Life will preach on "The Stone the Builders Rejected Becomes the Cornerstone." In Celebration of Affirmation Sunday, the Shower of Stoles exhibit will be on display. A delicious brunch follows the service in Bodman Lounge. Everyone is welcome.

Monday, Oct. 7, 4:30 p.m. the Shower of Stoles Exhibit will be opened with a talk by the project Director, a tour of the exhibit and refreshments. The Exhibit will stay on display through Tuesday, Oct. 8th, from 9 - 6:00 p.m. daily.

Also, this is in Acamedia:

The Shower of Stoles Project An exhibit of dozens of liturgical stoles from gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people of faith from North America (Alaska to Hawaii, Canada to Cuba). The stole is a traditional clerical vestment that signals religious authority. People represented in the exhibition are active leaders in their faith communities, some of whom have been barred from serving because of their sexual orientation. The collection was created to give a voice to these people. Sponsors: Office of the Chaplains; Interdenominational Protestant Community at Smith; Ecumenical Chrisyian Community student organization; LBTA. Monday and Tuesday, October 7-8, 9am-6pm. Helen Hills Hills Chapel
