CSI 7.02 "Built to Kill" (Part 2)

tvguide.com/listings starts its blurb with "Conclusion."  Thus of course I was frustrated with the end.  Is this gonna be a cold case that we revisit during Sweeps, or is it gonna continue into next week?  Rhetorical question insofaras I'm avoiding spoilers.

Speaking of Sweeps and revisiting stuff.. I really like that they've left the Sara/Grissom thing alone.  This episode has the first even close to explicit reference to it thus far this season -- Sara says "I agree with Grissom," Ecklie says "Of course you do," and Sara looks at Grissom and basically says, "He doesn't know... right?"

Also interesting that the writers explicitly nod to the generation gap -- "Probably before your time" / "I'll download it."

Having watched the early seasons not that long ago (Spring Break) it was interesting that of all people, Catherine called Sara, given their early relationship.

I swear I saw Douglas Petrie listed as one of the Producers or something in the opening credits.  That was very weird.  And my machine is continuing to completely fail to record CSI even though it says it's going to (and it successfully recorded my Monday night stuff) so I can't go back and check.  [I'm hoping that next week when the tv is off it will successfully record my CSI.]
