Duncan: "They're still saying it's not gonna snow."
Richie: "So I guess I just slipped and fell in the irony."
[Kyle's boyfriend of four years, Aaron, is in Chile.]
Kat (to Kyle): "Get the hell out of my boat."
The really flaming but actively heterosexual decorator? I wasn't really sure how I felt about that gag. But as soon as he started the romantic dinner stuff, I was wondering how I wanted Nicole/Duncan to play out, because whatever mutual affection she may have with Yonk, she doesn't really love him, isn't really happy with him; but I've been developing a bit of a Thing about adultery plots.
He broke up with her 'cause she was "kind of a bitch that night" (and then due to a couple random circumstances he never got back together with her).
He talks about what he would tell his 18-year-old self, and talks about this night and gets to the phrase "wanna cry," which is kind of a big admission for a traditional guy like himself I feel, and I was nearly in tears, because I am a giant marshmallow.
I actually almost didn't watch tonight's episode but basically figured aw, why not. I think I'm officially sucked in now.
Okay, it's a little bit cheesy, but I'm glad that Benjamin came back.
